Requests to Ship to any other country can be facilitated by emailing us at info@fusionfashion.ie

Rates:

A standard shipping rate of €5.99 will apply when shipping within Ireland and €9.99 when shipping to Northern Ireland.

For all other countries, shipping costs are available on request.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Please use a delivery address where someone will be present at the time of delivery (Home or Work) and a contact telephone number on which you can be contacted on the day of delivery.

Delivery is subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Occasionally we may have to cancel your order due to stock not being available and we will not be able to fulfill your order.

Returns Policy

Policy Below is for Full Priced Items and SALE Items. This does NOT include CLEARANCE SALE items. Please see policy for Clearance SALE at the bottom of the page.

If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase you may do so within 14 days from your order date and receive a full refund. 

A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned strictly within the time frame stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address. This is due to the high volume of stock turnaround that we operate and we cannot carry stock that has since sold out.

A refund will only be guaranteed provided the item is in its original condition, all tags are still in place and the item has not been worn or used. Please note that in the interest of hygiene, we do not accept any items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of any odors. All goods will be inspected on return and they will be returned to you immediately if they are in breach of any of the conditions outlined above. 

You are responsible for the goods until they arrive back to Fusion Fashion.

You will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging.

We aim to process returns within 2/3 days of receiving the package back to us. Your bank may take longer to process this on their end.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept back for credit, any item that does not adhere to our policy. 

In the unlikely event of an item arriving to you that is faulty, we will, upon return, credit your account in full or replace the item where possible.

CLEARANCE SALE:

There are strictly NO Returns or Exchange of CLEARANCE Sale items. Prices are reduced to a minimum and therefore the terms and conditions are as stated.
