This policy applies to full priced items only. It does not include sale items. Please see the Sale and Black Friday policy below.

If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from your order date and receive a full refund.

A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned strictly within the timeframe stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address. This is due to the high volume of stock turnaround that we operate.

Refunds are only guaranteed provided the item is returned in its original condition, all tags are still in place, and the item has not been worn or used. In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept items that have been soiled, damaged, or smell of odours.

All goods will be inspected on return. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.

You are responsible for the goods until they arrive back to Fusion Fashion.

You will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for credit if items do not adhere to our policy.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, we will, upon return, refund in full or replace the item where possible.
