The Amelia Dress is a beautiful royal blue dress in a sheer fabric. The flowy sheer sleeves drape over the shoulders and across the bust. There is another draping below, creating a tiered appearance. The bottom of the dress is straight and flows gracefully. There is a fabric flower brooch on the left of the chest. The dress goes on over the head and is fully lined.
