The nia navy waistcoat is a fabulous piece. It comes with a blue, navy and white pin stripe panel underneath the waistcoat adding to the look. The waistcoat closes with three brown buttons at the front and two smaller buttons on the panel. The waistcoat pairs perfectly with our courtney blazer and sloan shorts.
