The whitney midi dress is a fabulous flowy dress in a black and white stripe. There is arm coverage to above the elbows with a little knot detail on the bottom of the sleeve. There is a low neckline which flows into buttons that continue to the hem of the dress. Small fabric panel covering the buttons. Chunky black plaited belt included with belt loops to attach. Pockets on either side of dress.
